[PlanetCCRMA] update: cm/clm/cmn

* updated to clm of 08/28/2002 and cmn of 07/30/2002. The cm
version remains unchanged.

The main reason for this update was a weird bug in the cmucl
versions. The exact cause of the bug has not been found (Bill
worked on that a bit) so these packages includes a workaround
that seem to do the trick. The bug itself is rather obscure
and only occurs when running a cmucl image containing clm in a
different machine than the one the image was compiled in. An
not on just any machine. I found this by chance, images
compiled on a PIII run fine on PIIIs and some PIIs (Deschutes)
but fail on other PIIs (Klamath) and PPros. And the reverse is
also true. The failure was a segmentation violation when
trying to execute a foreign function during startup.
