[PlanetCCRMA] Red Planet iso images

Hi all, some of you may have already noticed that the site now
includes iso cdrom images of the RedHat updates and Planet
CCRMA packages. This is useful for the first time install, I
guess, and mostly if you have better connectivity away from
the location of your audio workstation (ie: download images,
burn cdroms, go back home and install stuff).

I'll eventually add instructions on how to customize your
original RedHat install cdroms so that those packages can be
managed _locally_ by apt as well. That will minimize network
downloads if new packages require original RedHat rpms that
were not installed byt default in your machine.
