[PlanetCCRMA] updated: alsa-driver (alsasound script)

Hi all, I have noticed that the new version of alsa is not automatically
loading snd-seq at startup (some change in dependencies of snd-seq, I
guess - I have asked at alsa-devel...). So I have patched the alsasound
startup script to explicitly start snd-seq when alsa starts (otherwise
programs like kaconnect fail on startup because the sequencer module is
not loaded). 

So:
* alsa-driver updated to 0.9.2-4.1.cvs
(the usual drill: apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade)
