[PlanetCCRMA] updated: synaptic 0.24.1-2 for 7.2/7.3

Hi all, the crashing problem with synaptic on redhat 7.2/7.3 should be
solved now, there are new packages correctly linked with the new version
of apt (apt-get update && apt-get dist-upgrade). 

There is still a problem with synaptic under 8.0.... I'm working on
that. Worst case I'll downgrade to 0.24 again :-(
