[PlanetCCRMA] Error 404 on Kernel Source RPM

I'm getting a 404 at
http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/mirror/redhat/linux/planetccrma/all/en/os/SRPMS/kernel-2.4.23-1.ll.src.rpm.

But, I'm also confused if the Fedora Core builds are off the same
software list, or at a separate address? I have
http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/software/system.html
bookmarked, but I have also noticed that there is now a
http://www-ccrma.stanford.edu/planetccrma/mirror/fedora/ directory, most
of which seems to be restricted (i.e. error 403 if I try to access
directly).

Any direction most appreciated. I'd like to try again to compile the
CCRMA FC kernel with the screen reader I use.
