Hi Fernando,
I have recently discovered the Planetccrma site and having worked with
sound and music under windows with Terratec cards(EWS64xl & DMS6fire
24/96)I would like to get to grips with a linux sound workstation. I am
a linux newbie and so I have followed the instructions on your web site
to the letter, down loading the ISO images at work with a fast ADSL
connection and burning the images to CD to bring home and install using
the fedora core 1 option. The installation seemed to be going according
to plan until I came to the 'alsasound start' section where
I have ground to a halt.

I apologise for the lengthy email but is seems the best way to show
the facts.

Am I missing something obvious or is the problem with the card? I would
appreciate any help you can give.

  Regards,
  Joe Curtis
