[PlanetCCRMA] Apt-Get stalls

I'm sure you have done this but make sure you have the right apt.conf in
/etc/apt. This sounds suspiciously like what happened to me when using
an older apt.conf with the newest apt. 

Where you able to do an "rpm -q -a" and have it list all packages?
