[PlanetCCRMA] updated: fltk, which triggered several other updates

* updated fltk from version 1.1.0rc3-1 to 1.1.3-1 (finally!). 

Unfortunately (probably because I was using bleeding edge rc3 at the
time) there is a binary incompatibility with applications that link
dynamically to fltk. That forced me to rebuild those applications and
insert version specific requires to force updates (the library version
did not change):

* alsa-patch-bay to version 0.5.1-2
* zynaddsubfx to version 1.0.9-2
* tapiir to version 0.7.1-2
* jack to version 0.51.0-2 (only due to the example clients rpm)
* spiralsynthmodular to version 0.2.0-2.
