[PlanetCCRMA] IMPORTANT: /etc/apt/apt.conf update

Hi all, I have decided to add "--oldpackage" permanently to
/etc/apt/apt.conf so that dist-upgrades also upgrade correctly the
kernel and alsa drivers (see recent thread about this in the mailing
list<*>). I have tested it a bit and there seems to be no side effects. 

Please change the following line in /etc/apt/apt.conf: 
    Install-Options "" ;
to: 
    Install-Options { "--oldpackage" };
or copy the new apt.conf from the Planet CCRMA web pages. 
(while you are at it check that you also have the most recent
sources.list file installed).
