[PlanetCCRMA] rpm error during apt-get dist upgrade

The key is in all the preceding messages "package x needs 175 MB on the
/ filesystem"
Basically you need to clean up some more space so that the install can
proceed OK, then repeat the apt-get dist-upgrade (it won't redownload
the files - but don't delete them to clean up the space! They're in
/var/cache/apt/archives)
