Hello, qjackctl 0.2.3a setup says latency on my machine is 46.4 ms. Is this good, normal or bad? How does the 2.6 kernel differ from the 2.4 in terms of low latency? I understand it is supposed to be pre-emptible, whatever that means, but is it any better in terms of latency? Is it still necessary to patch the kernel in 2.6 to get the latency to an acceptable level? br, Timo
