[PlanetCCRMA] updates: the lisp world (clm/cmn/cmucl/omlinux)

Hi, some Common Lisp updates and additions:

* updated CLM to version dated 2004.03.10
* updated CMN to version dated 2004.03.08

* updated CMUCL on Fedora Core 1 to version 2003.12-2. This uses an
  unofficial image that deals with the previous shared library loading
  conflict (gross hacks to get it running are not needed any longer).
  Seems to work fine so far. 

* updated Open Music for Linux to version 4.7.2.beta-1. "omlinux" is now
  available on Fedora Core 1 as well. 

Caveat for Open Music: due to a bug in the previous spec file you will
need to to this if you are upgrading omlinux from the previous version
(new installs don't need this):

  /usr/sbin/chkfontpath -q -a /usr/lib/openmusic/font

I just added a couple of sections to the install guide that deal with
configuring multiple soundcards and usb soundcards. Should be helpful.
This is a first version, hopefully I'll keep adding stuff to them. Let
me know of anything I'm missing...
