[PlanetCCRMA] insmod error at startup

I receive the following error during bootup.
insmod: /lib/modules/2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma/kernel/drivers/acpi/* no =
such file or directory
The error is quite correct, the is no =
/lib/modules/2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma/kernel/drivers/acpi directory. =
I've found it is initiated from /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit because /proc/acpi =
exists. Should I have ACPI modules in =
/lib/modules/2.4.24-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma/kernel/drivers/acpi?
