One way is to look at

rpm -q --changelog kernel-2.4.26-1.ll.rhfc1.ccrma or
rpm -qp --changelog /path/to/kernel-2.4.26-1.ll.src.rpm

Or install the latter package and look at the extracted file
kernel-2.4.26-1.ll.spec.

Use this spec file as a starting point for adding new functionality,
and send the changes back :)
