[PlanetCCRMA] device owner/rights reset on reboot

sorry for the next, probably silly question:

running planetccrma with fc2.  i set up a specific audio group,
changed the group of the audio devices to that group and set the
rights to 660 in order grant group members access to the devices.

after a reboot, all device files are reset to root:root ownership with
mode 600.

is there a startup script responsable for that or do i have to set the
modes elsewhere in order to make them persistent?
