[PlanetCCRMA] vstserver-wine and other compiles on planet fails

Hi,
This may or may not be related. I understand that vst-server and
jack_fst are pretty different animals, but possibly it will be of
interest.

I'm debugging some jack_fst problems right now. I have pretty much
determined that jack_fst is not working with glibc-2.3.4 on my Gentoo
laptop. I've gone back and forth between glibc-2.3.3 and 2.3.4 and
seen repeatable results. In my case something is causing Wine
(apparently) to through some sort of errors. I've tried wine-20040505
and wine-20040914. Both fail the same way.

I don't know what to do at this time on my system except to stick
with the older version pf glibc. This may or may not have any bearing
on what you're doing.

Good luck,
Mark
