[PlanetCCRMA] vstserver-wine and other compiles on planet fails

Found the reason to this: I had linked /dev/cdrom to /cdrom/cdrom instead of /cdrom.
Now I can play the B4 using my mouse. Neat.

However, I would also like to use my MIDI keyboard. I can see the three soundcards in B4 midi setup, but none of them seem to give a propoer midi input to B4.

Any clues?
