[PlanetCCRMA] fc4: lilypond, fluidsynth build failures, alsa-tools fixed!

Lilypond: gcc4 class stuff? This one is hard as it has a lot of
dependencies to build it and they are not yet on the web:

Fluidsynth: kind of critical, dssi and hence rosegarden depend on it
(and probably more packages, but those I know right now), probably not
hard to fix:
