The problem is in jackd - xmms plays 96kHz files via ALSA driver ok (I
tried to check and change sampling rate in envy24control so it is really
96kHz - no bullsh...), but with Jackd I hear this stuttering and in jack
output see xruns like these:

23:48:15.486 XRUN callback (1).
**** alsa_pcm: xrun of at least 0.028 msecs
23:48:16.884 XRUN callback (2).
**** alsa_pcm: xrun of at least 0.025 msecs
23:48:18.856 XRUN callback (3).
**** alsa_pcm: xrun of at least 0.033 msecs
23:48:21.576 XRUN callback (4).
**** alsa_pcm: xrun of at least 0.068 msecs
