I hate to do it, but ecasound 2.4.3 adds ALSA sequencer support. I could compile it myself, but I think others might benefit from the upgrade. I'm still on rh9, btw. It's too stable to upgrade! Though I haven't seen many updates to the apt repository for 9 lately... -- paul
