I think that the driver is part of 0.21.rdt:
/lib/modules/2.6.12-0.21.rdt.rhfc4.ccrma/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/ipw2200/ipw2200.ko
Did you try loading it? ("/sbin/modprobe ipw2200")
