[PlanetCCRMA] FC4 repository molasses-like

CCRMA's repository seems pretty amazingly slow right now.

I've been running apt-get dist-upgrade for over thirty hours -
commonly getting 5Kb/sec. rates.  I'm not complaining - I can wait all
week - but I thought I should mention it.

Thanks again for what, for me, has been a life-changing resource.
