[PlanetCCRMA] seq24's dump

seq24 provides /usr/bin/dump which, while it doesn't conflict with
anything, is pretty darn close to /sbin/dump and it a little to
generically named for the Fedora Extras reviewer.  I agree, and so we
renamed it seq24-dump.  I'm going to send a note to the seq24
maintainers to see if they are willing to change this.

I just thought I'd mention it here, because someday people will be
getting seq24 from Fedora Extras and may wonder where "dump" went.

(Do any of you even use it?)
