[PlanetCCRMA] how to upgrade

You can generally just do an upgrade using the normal Fedora upgrade  
mechanism (CDs, DVD, images etc.) and then fix the CCRMA stuff  
afterwards by changing the repository settings and yum updating. You  
should run a backup first though, as things can go wrong.
