Very good resource!
Look for "imac" in that file (maybe try "model=imac-intel-20"?)

Since links come and go, I wanted to let you know that the file referenced above (ALSA-Configuration.txt) is included as part of the tarball for  alsa-driver  (e.g., alsa-driver-1.0.16.tar.bz2)  on alsa-project.org.
