[PlanetCCRMA] pd-gem installation

I am trying to install pd-gem in FC8-CCRMA
It complains for missing libraries libquicktime, libquicktime.so and libmpeg3.so
I tried to fetch those libraries but i got caught in a typical endless
dependencies searching loop
I was wondering if i there is another way to get everything installed
properly without having to search for all these packages..
