Ah, I see.  So a simple script (to start up clients) combined with the qjackctl patchbay would be the way to recover quickly, yes?

problem with that approach is that not all applications are lash
aware--programs must be coded as lash clients for just that

qjackctl patchbay just fills half of the need, that is (re)conections and
not (re)starting jack/alsa-seq client applications
