[PlanetCCRMA] Qjackctl connection saver (patchbay)

AFAIK, to use Patchbay, you have to split every channel, every input and
output into different socket :
for example : in spite of :
hydrogen Audio Left/Right --> pcm_Alsa Audio Left/Right
you should do :
hydrogen Audio Left --> pcm_Alsa Audio Left
hydrogen Audio Right --> pcm_Alsa Audio Right
and do not hesitate to use the "exclusive" check box (right click on
the socket), that allow only one connection per socket
