There is a kernel-rt package (not really up to date but better than
nothing) here:

I have rebuilt most of the remaining software; you can download it
from <http://rpms.ircam.fr/>. Not everything is up to date and many
packages are only available for CentOS 5, but this is what you want
anynway. :-)

We are currently (as time allows) working on a "real"
planetccrma-for-CentOS. I don't really know when it will be released,
but I guess "when it is ready" is a good estimate. :-)
