Hi Lance,

Thanks for the reply.  I do have a laptop just for that purpose so
there's nothing holding me to fc8 other than that it currently works
for the most part and that's a wonderful thing considering my previous
attempts and also, my current deadlines.  I have been wondering if
that might be the case and your response definitely helps to make the
switch.  Also I'm happy with the edirol for the most part, but I'll
keep the recommendations in mind when it comes time to upgrade. :)

I'll give fc7 a shot and report back.
