I tried 0.109.10svn the other day via "yum update" and wasn't able to because of dependency issues.
Today I tried again with the slightly newer version (0.109.10-0.svn1124.3) and still got a screen full of issues.

I tried to narrow down what is happening on my machine here when trying to install(upgrade to) the newest jack, and it seems either my machine's rpm database is broken or the rpms (jack-audio-connection-kit-0.109.10-0.svn1124.2.fc7.ccrma.x86_64.rpm and jack-audio-connection-kit-0.109.10-0.svn1124.3.fc7.ccrma.x86_64.rpm) are broken.

The error from rpm is
libjack.so.0 is needed by (installed) audicle-1.0.0.6-2.fc7.ccrma.i386
libjack.so.0 is needed by (installed) chuck-1.2.1.1-2.fc7.ccrma.i386
libjack.so.0 is needed by (installed) miniaudicle-0.1.3.8-1.fc7.ccrma.i386
libjack.so.0 is needed by (installed) sndpeek-1.3-1.fc7.ccrma.i386
libjack.so.0 is needed by (installed) arts-1.5.9-1.fc7.i386
and
libjack.so.0()(64bit) is needed by (installed) bitmeter-1.2-2.fc7.ccrma.x86_64
libjack.so.0()(64bit) is needed by (installed) ams-1.8.8-0.1.rc2.fc7.ccrma.x86_64
libjack.so.0()(64bit) is needed by (installed) dssi-0.9.1-10.fc6.x86_64
libjack.so.0()(64bit) is needed by (installed) BY_EVERY_OTHER_fc7_APP(long list)

Needless to say, from the above, I'm running fc7 in 64 bit mode here.

Thanks in advance if you have any idea what's wrong,
Tracey.
