Well, the server is not responding... 
There is, literally, no answer (at least from that server).

Fedora 9 is not yet out officially. Planet CCRMA for Fedora 9 is not
out, obviously, and will _not_ be out immediately after the release.
There's always a lag, hopefully small. So, if you want to keep using
Planet CCRMA you should wait till it is actually available before
upgrading.
