That would be "yum remove planetccrma-repo-testing", I think.

Your choice. If you install it you will have to
edit /boot/grub/grub.conf to make the Planet CCRMA kernel the default,
otherwise you will boot directly into the Fedora kernel if you don't
choose the Planet CCRMA one. You can skip the upgrade if you only plan
on using the Planet CCRMA kernel. Or you can put a
"exclude=kernel,kernel-devel" in the Fedora updates repository file so
that they are automatically ignored in the future.
