[PlanetCCRMA] A script to let Pulseaudio and jack stay smoothly.

Dear folks,

I want to share a shell script with you. It can run in the background,
listening for HAL events that a new sound card is plugged in. Then it
will starts a jackd for the new sound card and load pa modules for the
jack sink and source.

It replaces my early C program for doing the same thing. 

In case it will be useful.
