[PlanetCCRMA] more "testing" kernels, bristol

Hi all...

Only for the brave. A couple of testing kernels for fc8 and fc9 (not
that I have had much success testing them):

- kernel-rt-2.6.24.7-1.rt21.1
- kernel-rt-2.6.26.6-1.rt11.1

Based on vanilla sources plus rt patches plus the patches from Fedora's
latest kernel that apply fine. 

Also, a new version of bristol (0.20.8) is online, works fine on fc8,
untested on fc9 but should work.
