[PlanetCCRMA] Real-time kernel wont boot (F12 x64)

Not necessarily. The problem described in the thread happen when booting
into the rt kernel only, not the Fedora kernel (which apparently works
fine). Installing the binary drivers might also be an option (not one I
would like, but well...)
