The versions you are getting are now fine (1.9.1-1.fc10.ccrma)
Could you try this?
Uninstall (forced) the x86_64 version:
rpm -e --nodeps jack-audio-connection-kit
and then try to install both at the same time (I think this is the right
way of doing it):
yum install jack-audio-connection-kit.i386
jack-audio-connection-kit.x86_64
(all in one line)
