[PlanetCCRMA] The JACK Story

Personally, I can't use any of the Jacks from any Fedora repo because
they all only go up to 1.9.2 and they all cause a bug that makes Muse
completely useless.
So whenever I run an update through Yum, I subsequently always have to
uninstall jack and reinstall 1.9.3 or whatever's latest from SVN.
