I did some research about this. Apparently, wine is currently broken
on Fedora on 64 bit systems [1,2]. Compiling dssi-vst in 64 bit will
not help.

Other than this, I rebuilt the rosegarden4 package and it does not
crash anymore. Probably some dependent library broke API and it didn't
report it. Could you download and test this scratch build [3]? (You
will also need to download the rosegarden4-*-fonts packages.)
