[PlanetCCRMA] Optimizations for rpm packaging?

Greetings.  I have an rpm package almost ready to go for Yoshimi:

and I was wondering what the -march/-mtune/etc. CPU optimization 
standards are for PlanetCCRMA.  Is it OK to use pentium3 and SSE if I 
specify so in the RPM description text?
