[PlanetCCRMA] How to submit a new package?

I have successfully RPM'd Yoshimi, the frankly vast improvement of 
ZynAddSubFX forked by my friend Cal:

How do I submit the SRPM?  It is proven in both 32-bit and 64-bit modes.
