This file was removed since it was not under a free license.

It was decided by the lead devs of fluidsynth that the first instrument
of all channels was to be the default since this is how most MIDI
equipment works. You can change it according to your needs either by
double-clicking on each channel in qsynth or by inputting your own
preset file into fluidsynth

e.g. $ fluidsynth -f preset_file 

Your preset file could look something like this:

gain 2
select 0 1 000 000
select 1 1 000 002
select 2 1 000 005
select 3 1 012 000

Check "man fluidsynth" for more details.

Also use qsynth from svn as changes were made by Rui Nuno Capela to make
qsynth compatible with fluidsynth-1.1.1.
