I assume you have updates-testing disabled initially.
Alright. Let me guess:

yum was using it old cache, which didn't contain all the recent updates.

You removed the old metadata cache and downloaded the most recent one,
which contains all the new updates.

qt-4.6.2 and KDE4.4 got pushed to stable yesterday. It is now safe to
rosegarden4 from updates-testing.

I will leave it there for another 10 days or so. If there are no
complaints I will push it to stable.
