[PlanetCCRMA] Freezes and lag with a Terratec phase X24

Hi!

I have the firewire sound-card phase X24  with CCRMA 12 and FFADO (which claim a full support for this card)...and I can barely use it. 

Unfortunately I was unable to find who's guilty in this case... FFADO? Jack? The Kernel? Something else?

Sometimes everything works just well, I can use it with some occasional XRUNS, but ther's no big deal. Last week, it was just fine! 

But sometimes, the whole stuff goes very wrong when I use music softwares. It seems that the kernel goes mad and everything starts to lag (100% CPU) or even freeze and I can't do anything but hard rebooting my computer.

Once in a while, I even got to make an fsck so fedora can start (it happened to me 4 or 5 times so far)....

I tried to find what may cause the problem...without success.... I'm puzzled... 

I anyone can give me something to start with it would be great. For the moment, I just want to understand what's the problem.
