Hi Simon,

Short answer: the packages just landed in the testing repo. Just wait
a couple hours until the mirrors are populated, then install it via
yum.

Long answer:
1- Go to the link
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/mscore-0.9.6-1.fc13
2- Click on the link next to the "Builds:" This will take you to the koji page.
3- Here you can find the arch specific packages "mscore,
mscore-debuginfo" as well as noarch packages "mscore-fonts,
mscore-doc".
