[Stk] Question about using Stk in MFC

Hi Sungho,

As far as I know, there is nothing in STK (or RtAudio) that prevents  
usage with MFC.

The link to RtAudio (and RtMidi) from the STK documentation is missing  
an initial "www".  So, the link should be:

   http://www.music.mcgill.ca/~gary/rtaudio/
