[Stk] Cracking Issues

I wonder if a little FAQ for RtAudio with some of these issues might
be helpful.  People seem to mistake limiting problems for underruns
quite often.  Any other common problems that people ask about?
Compiling with various Windows compilers seems to be a frequent one..
