[Stk] Minor bug fix releases of STK, RtMidi, and RtAudio

Hi everyone,

I put out new releases today of RtMidi, RtAudio, and STK.  The  
revisions are:

RtMidi (version 1.0.10):
- fix adding timestamp to OS-X sendMessage() function (thanks to John  
Dey)

RtAudio (version 4.0.6):
- bug fix in ALSA code to set period size to power of two (thanks to  
Joakim Karrstrom)
- bug fix in OS-X for OS < 10.5 ... need preprocessor definition  
around new variable type (thanks to Tristan Matthews)

STK (version 4.4.1):
- added multi-channel/frame tick() virtual function to WvIn and WvOut  
abstract base classes (required update to RtWvOut class)
- updated configure script to select g++ compiler by default
- in demo.cpp: removed voicer grouping for messages, fixing polyphony  
when messages are on the same MIDI/SKINI channel
- updates to RtAudio and RtMidi
