[Stk] stk 4.4.0 build broken on os x 10.4 (tiger)

Hi all,

RtAudio seems to be trying to use a type named AudioDeviceIOProcID, which
does not exist in os x tiger. I added the same conditional from line 1175 to
avoid the break, here's the diff:

Any thoughts?
