[Stk] setting release time of ADSR to zero generates nan's with no warning

Hello,
I'm using an older version of STK, so it's possible that ADSR no longer
behaves this way. Currently, if I set the release time to zero, I get no
warning, but wind up with a NaN for release rate. I'm putting some checks in
my version of the file, so that if I pass a zero for release time,
everything blows up in an obvious way. I'm happy to explain more or send my
code that would be helpful to anyone.
